Next, we gather information about your company, your communications objectives, and your brand. We conduct audience analysis and user research. We analyze this information, and develop a strategy for the new site that balances your business interests with the needs of your audiences.
Information Architecture & Taxonomy: We organize existing and future content and functionality into logical categories. We develop a site map and wireframes and ensure that the new navigation structure and labeling will make sense to your audiences.
Visual Design: Our design partners provide visual design and front-end programming (HTML, CSS, Java, etc.)–including responsive design assets and style/code libraries. All designs will be evaluated for usability and cross-browser compatibility.
Liaison with Developers: We coordinate early in the project with the team who will build the website, to ensure seamless transition from design to implementation.
Content Strategy/Governance Planning: We help you plan ongoing content development, maintenance, management, and measurement of the new site.
