Site Redesign for ULI

We are delighted to work with the Urban Land Institute to redesign their headquarters web site, a regional subsite, and their ecommerce processes (which we tested earlier this year in a usability study). These changes will significantly improve the organization's ability to engage and retain members and other supporters.

NRPA Refreshes Web Site

The National Recreation & Park Assocation recently reorganized their web site content under the guidance of Olkin Communications Consulting. American Technology Services designed and implemented new templates as part of the site refresh, intended to improve the site's ease of use and strategic value to NRPA.

AAPS, NACDL Launch New Sites

Congratulations to the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), which launched new Ektron-based sites developed by our frequent tech partner, American Technology Services. Olkin Communications Consulting provided strategy, information architecture, taxonomy, and usability consulting on these projects.

Content Strategy for Financial Executives International

Having provided user research, strategy, and information architecture on the FEI web site redesign, we are now developing a content strategy to help FEI ensure the long-term success of the site.

Usability Testing for New Jersey Business & Industry Association

We recently user-tested a prototype of NJBIA's planned ecommerce system. Our testing identified usability issues that will be addressed before the ecommerce functions are built in Avectra NetFORUM. We will follow up with a more extensive usability test of the NetForum system prior to launch.
