The Council for Social Work Education (CSWE) underwent a Web site reorganization and redesign and implementation of a new content management system.

The Challenge

The original CSWE Web site did not reflect the professionalism of CSWE or highlight the rich information resources the site provided. The organization of content made it difficult for the various CSWE member audiences to find what they were looking for on the site.

In this project, Olkin Communications Consulting provided the following services:

• user experience concept and content strategy
• information architecture
• usability consulting
• design management

Outcomes

The new CSWE Web site offers a topic-based information architecture highlighted by task-based deep linking.

The clean, professional design reflects CSWE's brand identity and creates an instantly understandable visual hiearchy on each page.
